Trim WAV: what to expect

Save a selected time interval as a 16-bit PCM WAV.

  • Ordinary PCM or 32-bit float RIFF/WAVE only. Compressed audio, RF64 and extensible WAV are refused.
  • Mono/stereo, 8–192 kHz, up to 10 minutes or 12 million frames. Bit-depth changes can lose precision; no resampling. Metadata and markers are omitted.
