MorphoThat offers free browser-based file tools. Please read these terms before using them. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to files and other information.
Who may use the tools
You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial purposes if you are at least 13. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to authorize your use, have them review these Terms and authorize your use. If you agree on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that business. You must also have the rights needed to use the files you select and the outputs you make. There are no MorphoThat accounts or paid plans at this time.
Your files and permission to process them
You keep ownership of your files and outputs, subject to any rights others have in their contents. By selecting a file, you permit the tool to read and process it on your device as needed to perform the conversion you request and present an output for you to download. This permission is limited to that task. It does not give Willow Solutions LLC a license to sell your files, reuse them for another purpose, or train models on them. The conversion tools do not upload your selected files to us for processing.
You decide whether to download, share, publish, or upload an output elsewhere. Check that you have permission to use and share its contents.
Check outputs and keep originals
Conversion may change quality, appearance, layout, metadata, formulas, or other features. Some tools extract only selected text, data, or geometry. Browser support, memory, file size, and format limitations can prevent a conversion or produce a result that is unsuitable for your purpose. Review the tool's limitations, check each output, and keep your original until you are satisfied. MorphoThat does not provide a backup of your files or downloaded outputs.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate someone else's rights or the law, interfere with the site or other users, evade technical limits or security measures, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the tools to create or distribute unlawful material. Do not falsely suggest that MorphoThat endorses your output. These rules do not restrict lawful accessibility tools or rights granted by applicable open-source licenses. We may block access or take other reasonable steps to address misuse.
Availability, changes, and ending use
The service is free and may change, pause, or end. We may remove a tool or restrict access where needed for safety, legal reasons, or operation of the service. You can stop using the tools at any time and clear their local website data through your browser. Ending use does not remove copies you downloaded or shared elsewhere.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post a new version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. We will ask you to agree to the new version before you use a converter again; your earlier agreement does not silently cover a later version.
Third-party materials and intellectual property
The MorphoThat name, site, and software are subject to their applicable rights. Our tools include open-source software; its licenses and copyright notices are in the third-party software notices. Those licenses do not grant you rights in another person's files. If you believe material on our site infringes your intellectual property rights, email support@morphothat.com with enough detail to identify the material and your concern. We will review the report; this contact process is not a claim that we qualify for any particular statutory safe harbor.
Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or suitable for a particular purpose. To that extent, Willow Solutions LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rights and warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain in place.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Willow Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the service.
These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit or exclude. They also do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights or remedies. If a limit is unenforceable where you live, it applies only to the extent permitted there.
Indemnity for business use
If you use the service for a business, you agree, to the extent allowed by law, to defend and indemnify Willow Solutions LLC against a third-party claim to the extent directly caused by your unlawful use of the service, your infringement of that third party's rights through files or outputs you use or distribute, or your deliberate material breach of the acceptable-use rules above. This does not cover a claim to the extent caused by Willow Solutions LLC's own fault.
We will give you prompt notice of a claim and reasonable cooperation. You may control its defense with qualified counsel, but may not settle it in a way that admits fault by us or imposes a non-monetary duty on us without our consent. We may participate with our own counsel at our expense and may take control where your defense creates a conflict of interest; in that case, your obligation remains limited to the portion of the claim caused by your conduct.
Disputes and governing law
Before filing a court claim, please email support@morphothat.com with a description of the dispute and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Either side may seek urgent relief, use an eligible small-claims court, contact a regulator, or act to avoid an expiring legal deadline without waiting. This section does not require arbitration or waive the ability to bring or join a class action where allowed by law.
Washington State law governs these Terms to the extent applicable, without displacing mandatory consumer protections where you live. Except for eligible small-claims cases, court claims must be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving King County, Washington. This choice of forum does not apply where mandatory consumer law gives you another forum or requires another location.
