KML to GeoJSON: what to expect
Convert supported local map features and tracks without loading remote resources.
- KML 2.2 and GPX 1.1 subsets only. Styles, overlays, NetworkLinks, extensions and other unsupported features are refused; no external resources are opened.
- Up to 100,000 features and one million coordinates. GPX output supports points, routes and segmented tracks; polygons and collections are refused.
- GPX track segments and available timestamps use the coordinateTimes property in GeoJSON. Unrepresentable metadata is omitted with a warning.
