Files you select for conversion are processed in your browser on your device. We do not receive their contents or filenames to perform the conversion. Visiting the website, storing temporary results in your browser, and emailing us are separate activities described below.

Files you choose

The converter reads only files you choose for a tool. It may inspect their type, size, contents, and embedded metadata locally to validate them, show a warning, or create an output. The original file is not overwritten. Some output formats remove metadata; others can retain information from the source, so inspect the result before sharing it. Conversion may also change appearance, quality, layout, or features. Keep your original until you have checked the result.

Your browser downloads the site and tool code, and some tools download fixed assets they need, such as fonts. Those requests deliver software to your device; they do not send your chosen files to us. A tool that cannot work in your browser does not switch to a server upload.

Temporary results on your device

During conversion, outputs are held in memory or in storage that your browser reserves for the converter on your device. This may include browser file-system storage for larger results. It is local storage, not a backup on our servers. Clear batch requests removal of the current results. The converter reports when it can confirm cleanup and shows an error if cleanup fails; then you can retry or clear the converter site's data with your browser controls. Closing a tab alone does not guarantee that every temporary result was removed. On a later visit, the converter attempts to remove abandoned local results that have been inactive for roughly a day.

Files you download stay wherever your browser or device saves them. Clearing a batch does not delete downloaded copies. If you choose the device's Share action for a result, your browser or operating system passes that file to the destination you select. The destination's privacy practices then apply. MorphoThat does not choose a destination or publish a file for you.

Website requests and hosting

To display the public site and converter, your browser makes ordinary website requests. Their connection information can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested page or asset, and request time. Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery for the public website and converter. Hosting connection information is used to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site; it is distinct from the contents of files selected for conversion.

Cloudflare describes its retention periods as depending on the purpose, type and sensitivity of information, security risks, and legal obligations. Cloudflare does not state one retention period for all connection and security information.

There are currently no MorphoThat accounts, advertising scripts, or third-party analytics scripts in the converter or public site. We will update this policy and provide any required choices before introducing accounts, advertising, or analytics.

Limited messages between the converter and website

The converter runs on a separate site address inside the public page. It can send the surrounding page basic loading and display-height messages. It can also send a limited conversion outcome summary: selected tool, broad file-count and processing-time ranges, output category, and success or error codes. These messages omit filenames, file contents, extracted text, embedded metadata, and exact file sizes. The current public page uses readiness and height messages; it does not store or forward outcome summaries to an analytics service.

Terms agreement marker

After you agree to the Terms, your browser may keep a small local marker for the Terms version you accepted so you are not asked again for that version. If browser storage is unavailable, agreement lasts only for the current page session. This marker stays in your browser and is not an account or an identifying server-side acceptance record. You can remove it by clearing the site's browser data; a later visit will ask again.

Messages you send us

If you email support@morphothat.com, we receive your address, message, attachments you choose to send, and delivery information such as the time and email headers. Please describe a problem without attaching private source files unless we have arranged a suitable way to receive them. We use support messages to answer your request, address service problems, and meet applicable legal obligations. Messages sent to support@morphothat.com are forwarded to an ordinary Gmail inbox used for MorphoThat support.

We keep support messages only while needed to answer your request, handle related follow-up, or meet a specific legal or security need. We review resolved conversations monthly and delete those we no longer need. Deleting a message in Gmail normally moves it to Trash, where it can remain for up to 30 days before account deletion. Removal from provider systems and backups can take longer under Google’s retention practices. Deleting our copy does not delete copies held by the sender or other recipients.

Who handles this information

Cloudflare handles website connection information for hosting and delivery. Email delivery providers route messages to our support inbox, where Google handles them. Authorized people working on support for Willow Solutions LLC may read those messages to respond. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or to protect legal rights. Selected files and local results are not sent to these recipients by the conversion tools.

For more about provider-side handling, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, and Google’s retention information. These explain the providers’ practices; this page explains MorphoThat’s use of their services.

Legal grounds where applicable

Where the GDPR applies, our basis for website delivery, security, and abuse prevention is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service, subject to your rights. We use information necessary to provide the service you request or respond to support requests under a contract where that basis applies. We may also process information to meet a legal obligation. If a separate activity requires consent, we will ask for it separately; you may withdraw it for future processing. Agreeing to the Terms is not consent to unrelated data use.

Security and international access

Conversion takes place in your browser. We separate the converter from the surrounding site, check supported file types and sizes, and avoid running scripts contained in documents. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that a file or device is free of threats. Keep your browser and device updated. MorphoThat can be accessed from many countries; website connection and support information may be handled by providers in other countries. Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, including in the United States. Their privacy information describes how they handle international data transfers. The protections that apply depend on the service, applicable law, and provider terms; we do not promise that connection or support information stays in your country.

Children

The tools are for people aged 13 or older. If local law requires parental or guardian authorization for a young person's use, that authorization is required. We do not offer accounts or ask for a child's age in the converter. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can review and address it.

Your choices and rights

You can choose which files to process, clear a batch, delete downloads and local website data using your device or browser, and decide whether to email us. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about personal information we hold, or to object to or limit its use, email support@morphothat.com. Where applicable, you may also request data portability or withdraw a consent you gave for a specific activity. We may ask for only the information reasonably needed to verify and handle your request, and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Where applicable, you may appeal our decision or contact a privacy regulator. Rights and exceptions vary by location. Because selected files stay on your device, we cannot retrieve or delete files we never received.

Changes and contact

When this policy materially changes, we will post a new version and effective date and give a prominent notice on the website. We will provide advance notice or choices where applicable law requires them. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to Willow Solutions LLC at support@morphothat.com. Previous wording is available in the policy history.
